I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true. The gospel blesses my life daily and helps me strive to be the best person I can be. I am so thankful for a living prophet President Thomas S. Monson who guides the church and receives revelation from our Heavenly Father. Our Heavenly Father loves us and wants us to live with Him again someday. His temples around the world are not only a refuge from the world, but also the gate to living with Him again. Temples allow us to make covenants and be sealed to those we love for eternity. I am grateful for temples, their beauty and the covenants made in them. I’m grateful for the atonement and for the ability to repent and start everyday new. I know that Christ suffered for me and I am grateful for Him. Christ was the ultimate example and I am so happy to have Him as an active part in my life. I am grateful for Joseph Smith and his strength to restore the fullness of the gospel on the earth. It is not always easy but it blesses my life and others lives. I love the priesthood and the ability to receive blessings whenever I need. I love this gospel with all my heart. It shapes who I am and I love its influence in my life. I love my family and love that I am sealed to them for time and all eternity and I look forward to the day when I can be married in the temple and sealed to my loving husband and our children. This gospel blesses my life and I know it will bless yours.
ReplyDeleteI have a testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and of the Book of Mormon. Being a recent convert to the church, I have gotten to experience the impact that the Church and The Gospel have had on my life in just a short amount of time. I can already see how attending church, partaking of the Sacrament, and reading scriptures and say my prayers daily has blessed my life. I grew up in a Baptist church, so I have always had a testimony of The Bible, but not of the Book of Mormon. As I read the Book of Mormon, I know that I am reading true doctrine, and that Joseph Smith restored the true church. I know that as I pay my tithing, I will receive blessings from Heavenly Father. I am thankful for the priesthood that I hold, and I know that as I hold and honor my priesthood that it will bless me and my family. I look forward to being married in the temple and being the head of my family and lead them in the way that is pleasing to Heavenly Father. I am thankful for President Thomas S. Monson and the guidance that he gives us, and for all of the leaders of the church. I know that Heavenly Father loves me, and has guided me to the gospel and has plans for me, as he has plans for all of us, and they are plans of good and for us to prosper.
ReplyDeleteI love the gospel of Jesus Christ and I am so thankful to be a member of His church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am a parent and having the gospel of Jesus Christ in our lives has directed us in raising our children. The Book of Mormon has also been a source of strength for our family and individually. Many answers have come through study of the scriptures. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that it stands as a second witness of Jesus Christ. I am so thankful for the Prophet Joseph Smith who had the courage to listen and act on the promptings he was given by the Holy Ghost. I know he has restored the gospel of Jesus Christ to the earth again. I am thankful for the restoration of the Priesthood, the power to act in God's name. The Priesthood also holds all of the keys for sealing families together forever. It truly is a blessing to know that I will be with my family forever. :) It helps me be a better wife and mother. I know that if we are obedient to the commandments and strive to serve others, we will be blessed throughout our lives. We will be full of love for those around us and become more like Jesus Christ. I know our Heavenly Father loves each of us and wants the best for us. He has provided a way for us to return to Him. :)
ReplyDeleteI believe that the atonement is the greatest blessing we have. I am so grateful for Jesus Christ and his willingness to atone for our sins so we can become clean when we make mistakes and be able to return to our Heavenly Father. The atonement also gives us the chance to attend the temple. I know that this church is true and by praying to our Father in heaven we can grow closer to him and be able to feel the spirit in our lives. Prayer can bring us peace and nothing else in life can do that. Amid all our trials we can pray to Heavenly Father and he can give us peace. I know that he won't take away our troubles because we are here to grow but he can calm us if we attempt to grow closer to him.
ReplyDeleteI have a testimony of the truthfulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true church upon this earth and Christ is at its head. I'm grateful for our Prophet, President Thomas S. Monson, and I'm grateful for his leadership and guidance in these latter-days. I'm thankful for all the temples around the world and the work that is performed there. I know that temple work is essential for us and our ancestors. Through the ordinances of the temple, we can receive blessings from God, learn the purposes of life, grow closer to God, and be sealed to our families forever. I love to attend the temple where I can get away from the world and worldly cares for a little while. Temples are truly a refuge from the storms of life.
ReplyDeleteIt's said by modern day apostles that a testimony can be found in the bearing of it. It's like there's a hook attached to heart, and when we open our mouths, our heart opens also to allow the spirit of God to enter in and teach us what is true. As a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I testified of eternal truths and gained a witness from God of what is true. I testify that Jesus Christ is the son of God, and died to redeem all mankind. He knows us personally and suffered for each one of us so we can enter into the presence of God again, as we follow His example, are baptized and keep his commandments. I have found peace and happiness in his gospel. I know and witness that his gospel and His church, was restored in it's fullness through the prophet Joseph Smith. I know the Book of Mormon, Another Testament of Jesus Christ, is true. That through it, and the bible, together, we can learn more about Christ and what he would have us do to follow Him. I know Christ lives. I love Him, as a friend, a savior and God's only begotten son. I again testify, that following his gospel and commandments will bring peace in this life, and eternal life in the world to come.
